The statement required by paragraph 3C(2)(b) of the said Schedule 6, as so amended, to be displayed on a vehicle shall comply with the provisions of paragraph (2) of Regulation 4 above with the substitution in subparagraph (b) of that paragraph of 3 cm for 6 cm.
