# The Weights Regulations 1986, Regulation 12: Stamping


Weights shall be stamped—
(a) on the lead in the adjusting hole, or
(b) on the bottom of the adjusting hole if it contains no lead, or
(c) on the bottom of the weight if there is no adjusting hole, or
(d) on the lead pellet securing any plug or disc.
