  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Welfare Food Regulations 1988 by increasing the price of dried milk payable by persons entitled to purchase it under the Regulations from £270 to £285. The increase is consequent on the annual up-rating of benefits under section 63 of the Social Security Act 1986 (c. 50).",
