  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2003.\n(2) These Regulations shall come into force for the purposes of regulations 3, 4, 5(2), (3) and (4) and 6 on 18th July and for all other purposes on 6th October 2003.\n(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1996.",
