Coming into force 1st October 2004
The Secretary of State for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 13(3) and (4) of the Social Security Act 1988 and 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:—
