  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004.\n(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 1st October 2004.\n(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1996.",
