# The Welfare Food (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st October 2015
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Social Security Act 1988, as saved by the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (Savings) Order 2005, and section 175(3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 makes the following Regulations.
