# The Welfare Food Amendment Regulations 1989, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 6 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 6 of the principal Regulations (use of milk, dried milk and vitamins) for “regulation 4.” there shall be substituted
“regulation 4; or
(d) in the case of milk, the person for whom it was obtained is a child under 30 weeks old being suckled by its mother, in which case the milk may be consumed by the mother.”.
