# The Welfare Food Amendment Regulations 1994, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 19th August 1994
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 13(3) and (4) of the Social Security Act 1988 and section 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (as applied by section 15A of the Social Security Act 1988) and all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following Regulations:—
