Regulation 7 Amendment of Schedule 5 to the principal Regulations

At the end of paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the principal Regulations (submission of tokens to Secretary of State for reimbursement) there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—

“(6)

a description of the business carried on by the supplier.”.
