# The Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 22nd May 1995
The Secretary of State for Health in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(3) and (4) of the Social Security Act 1988 and section 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (as applied by section 15A of the Social Security Act 1988) and all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
