  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Welfare Food Regulations 1988 (“the principal Regulations”).\nRegulation 2 amends regulation 5 of the principal Regulations (purchase of welfare food) to increase the price paid for dried milk by a person entitled to purchase it from £3.50 to £3.55 for 900 grammes per week.\nRegulation 3 amends Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations to specify two additional brands of dried milk and to take account of a change of manufacturer of two dried milk products.\nRegulation 4 makes a consequential revocation.",
