  "text": "In Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (dried milk specified for the purpose of the Regulations)—\n(a) after the entry relating to Aptamil there shall be inserted the following entries—\n“\nBoots Formula 1\nThe Boots Company plc\nBoots Formula 2\nThe Boots Company plc; and\n”\n(b) for the entry in column (2) “Farley Health Products Ltd” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted the entry “H J Heinz Company Ltd”.",
