# The Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 3: Amendment of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations


In Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (dried milk specified for the purpose of the Regulations)—
(a) after the entry relating to Aptamil there shall be inserted the following entries—
“
Boots Formula 1
The Boots Company plc
Boots Formula 2
The Boots Company plc; and
”
(b) for the entry in column (2) “Farley Health Products Ltd” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted the entry “H J Heinz Company Ltd”.
