Regulation 2 Amendment of regulation 2 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations (interpretation), after the definition of “welfare milk supply” there shall be inserted the following definition—

  • ““working families' tax credit” means working families' tax credit under section 128 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1.”.
