# The Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 14th March 2003
Coming into force 6th April 2003
The Secretary of State for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 13(3) and (4) of the Social Security Act 1988, and 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
