Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2004.
(2)
Regulations 1 and 2 shall come into force on 6th April 2004 and regulations 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 on 1st October 2004.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1996f1.
