  "text": "(This note is not part of these Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Welfare Food Regulations 1996 (“the 1996 Regulations”).\nRegulation 2: amends Schedule 1 to the 1996 Regulations in order to change the list of dried milks specified in that Schedule for the purpose of those Regulations and makes a consequential amendment to the definition of dried milk contained in regulation 2(1) of those Regulations.\nNo impact assessment has been prepared in relation to this instrument as it has no or minimal impact on business, charities, voluntary bodies or the public sector. An explanatory memorandum is available alongside this instrument on www.legislation.gov.uk or copies may be obtained from Richmond House, 79 Whitehall, London SW1A 2NS.",
