  "text": "(1) The Welfare Food Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 (interpretation), for the definition of “dried milk” substitute—\n““dried milk” means any infant formula specified in Schedule 1;”.\n(3) For Schedule 1 substitute the following—\n“SCHEDULE 1\nDried Milk Specified for the Purpose of the Regulations\nRegulation 2(1)\nSMA First Infant Milk powder\nSMA Comfort Easy to Digest Infant Milk powder\nSMA Extra Hungry Infant Milk powder\nCow & Gate First Infant Milk powder\nCow & Gate Comfort powder\nCow & Gate Infant Milk for Hungrier Babies powder\nHiPP Organic Combiotic First Infant Milk powder\nHiPP Organic Combiotic Hungry Infant Milk powder\nAptamil First Milk from birth powder\nAptamil Comfort from birth powder\nAptamil Hungry Milk from birth powder”.",
