# The Welfare Food Regulations 1996, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W+S

An application for special reimbursement shall include a declaration signed by a qualified accountant , or by a person who has direct knowledge of the financial records of the business, certifying that the information contained in the application accords with the financial records kept by the supplier in connection with the business carried on by him.
