  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force two provisions in the Welfare Reform Act 2007, namely—\nsection 13(1) to (6) (which allow regulations to make provision for work-related activity), and\nsection 15 (directions about work-related activity).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the private or voluntary sectors.",
