# The Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2008, Article 2: Appointed days


11th December 2008 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a) section 29 so far as relating to paragraph 10 (post-commencement up-rating of incapacity benefit and severe disablement allowance) of Schedule 4 (transition relating to Part 1); and
(b) paragraph 10 of Schedule 4.
