In section 72 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (power to make regulations about the use and supply of social security information), in subsection (3) (provisions in connection with which the power is exercisable), at the end insert
“, or
(d) Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007.”
