In accordance with section 61(5) of the Welfare Reform Act 2009, the Secretary of State has consulted the Registrar General for England and Wales before making this Order.
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(3) and (4)(a) of the Welfare Reform Act 2009.
