# Welfare Reform Act 2009, Paragraph 16

Status: prospective

In section 39 of the 1953 Act (regulations), in paragraph (a), for “this Act” substitute “ any provision of this Act other than sections 2B(1), (4) and (6), 2C, 2D, 2E, 10B and 10C ”.
