  "text": "In this Part—\n“community care services” means—\n(a)in relation to England, services under Part 1 of the Care Act 2014 or section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983;\n(aa) in relation to Wales, services under Part 4 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 or section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983;\n(b)in relation to Scotland, community care services as defined by section 12A(8) of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 (c. 49);\n“employment” includes self-employment;\n“enactment” means an enactment contained in, or in an instrument made under—\n(a)an Act of Parliament,\n(b)an Act of the Scottish Parliament, or\n(c)a Measure or Act of the National Assembly for Wales;\n“prescribed” means specified in, or determined in accordance with, regulations under section 41;\n“relevant authority” has the meaning given by section 40;\n“relevant services” has the meaning given by section 39.",
