# The Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2013, Article 2: Appointed day for personal independence payment


The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the 2012 Act listed in article 7(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 8 and Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order 2013 in relation to a person other than a person referred to in paragraph (1) of that article is 10th June 2013.
