# The Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2012, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument corrects an error in S.I.2012/1246 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(3) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
