Article 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No.4) Order 2012.

In this Order—

• “the Act” means the Welfare Reform Act 2012; and

• “the Jobseekers Act” means the Jobseekers Act 1995^f1.
