# Welfare Reform Act 2012, Paragraph 35


In section 2 of the Jobseekers Act 1995, in subsection (3C) (as inserted by section 12(5) of the Welfare Reform Act 2009), in the definition of “benefit”, before paragraph (a) there is inserted—
“(za) universal credit,”.
