# Welfare Reform Act 2012, Paragraph 38


In section 457 (charges and remissions policies) in subsection (4)(b), before sub-paragraph (i) there is inserted—
“(ai) in receipt of universal credit in such circumstances as may be prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph,”.
