# Welfare Reform Act 2012, Paragraph 33


In Schedule 7 (regulations not requiring prior submission to Social Security Advisory Committee), before paragraph 1 there is inserted—
“Personal independence payment
A1 Regulations under section 78(3) or 79(3) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.”
