# Welfare Reform Act 2012, Paragraph 41


In section 27(7) (restriction on entitlement in cases of error), in the definition of “benefit”—
(a) after paragraph (de) there is inserted—
“(df) personal independence payment;”;
(b) in paragraph (e) for “to (de)” there is substituted “ to (df) ”.
