  "text": "In section 6 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (fees), in subsection (2)—\n(a) in paragraph (d), at the end there is inserted “”; “(including provision for the apportionment of fees and the matters to be taken into account in determining an apportionment)”\n(b) in paragraph (g), “waiver” is repealed;\n(c) after paragraph (g) there is inserted—\n“(h) about waiver of fees (including the matters to be taken into account in determining a waiver).”",
