  "text": "There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) sums paid by the Secretary of State by way of universal credit or personal independence payment;\n(b) any other expenditure incurred in consequence of this Act by a Minister of the Crown or the Commissioners for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs;\n(c) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.",
