  "heading": "Personal independence payment",
  "text": "(1) An allowance known as personal independence payment is payable in accordance with this Part.\n(2) A person's entitlement to personal independence payment may be an entitlement to—\n(a) the daily living component (see section 78);\n(b) the mobility component (see section 79); or\n(c) both those components.\n(3) A person is not entitled to personal independence payment unless the person meets prescribed conditions relating to residence and presence in Great Britain.\n(4) A person is not entitled to personal independence payment while they are entitled to Scottish adult disability living allowance, pension age disability payment, adult disability payment or child disability payment.",
