# The Welfare Reform Act (Relevant Enactment) Order 2008, Article 2: Relevant enactment


A relevant enactment for the purposes of section 42(1) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (information relating to certain benefits) is section 93 of the Local Government Act 2000 (grants for welfare services).
