# The Wells Harbour Revision Order 1994, Article 32: Recovery of charges


In addition to any other remedy afforded by this Order and by the Act of 1847 as incorporated with this Order, and whether or not the demand required by section 44 (Recovery of tonnage rates by distraint of ship and tackle) of that Act has been made, the Commissioners may recover charges as a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
