# The Wells Harbour Revision Order 1994, Article 34: Exemption of Officers


Officers of the Department of Transport, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and of the Health and Safety Executive and constables acting in the execution of their duty shall at all times have free ingress, passage and egress to, along and from the harbour without payment.
