  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order defines the limits of the harbour of Wells within the jurisdiction of the Wells Harbour Commissioners.\nThe Order also replaces most of the existing powers and duties of the Commissioners with up-to-date provisions.\nThe applicants for the Order are the Wells Harbour Commissioners.",
