The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 on the Secretary of State and now vested in them.

## 1 Title

The title of this Order is the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 23 October 2009.

## 2 Amendment of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009

In the Welsh text of the Welsh College of Horticulture (Dissolution) Order 2009 at paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule omit “ymyl du a chroeslinellau” and substitute “ymyl du a llinellau lletraws”.
