  "text": "The Secretary of State may, out of money provided by Parliament, pay to any person who was a member of the Corporation immediately before the coming into operation of section 7 above and who is not appointed a member of the Agency such sums by way of compensation for loss of office as he may, with the consent of the Minister for the Civil Service, determine.",
