# Welsh Development Agency Act 1975, Paragraph 7

Extent: E+W+S

For the purposes of—
the Employment Rights Act 1996, there shall be deemed to have been no break in the employment of any person who is transferred to the employment of the Agency by virtue of paragraph 1 of this Schedule.
