  "text": "(1) Any power to make an order or regulations conferred by any provision of this Act , other than a compulsory purchase order or an order under paragraph 11(5) or 13(6) of Schedule 4, shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.\n(1A) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) Any power to make an order conferred by a provision of this Act shall include power to make an order varying or revoking any order previously made under that provision.\n(3) Any regulations or order under this Act—\n(a) may make different provision for different areas or other different cases; and\n(b) may include transitional and other supplementary and incidental provisions.",
