  "text": "In regulation 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) in the appropriate place, insert—\n““the 2025 Order” (“Gorchymyn 2025”) means the Senedd Cymru (Representation of the People) Order 2025;”;\n(b) in the definition of “candidate”, in paragraph (a), omit “who is a”;\n(c) in the definition of “election address”, for “by virtue of an order under section 13 of the 2006 Act,” substitute “under article 67 of the 2025 Order,”;\n(d) in the appropriate place, insert—\n““individual candidate” (“ymgeisydd unigol”) means a candidate at a Senedd election other than a party list candidate;”.",
