# The Welsh Health Common Services Authority Constitution Order 1990, Article 6: Specification of the Authority as a relevant authority


The Authority is hereby specified for the purposes of sub-paragraph (7) of paragraph 9 of Schedule 5 to the Act (definition of “relevant authority” for the purposes of paying remuneration to members of health authorities).
