# The Welsh Highland Railway Order 1999, Article 42: Arbitration


Subject to articles 22(12) and 23(25) above, any difference between any persons under any provision of this Order (other than a difference which falls to be determined by the Lands Tribunal) shall be referred to and settled by a single arbitrator to be agreed between the persons in question or, failing agreement, to be appointed on the application of any of those persons (after notice in writing to the others) by the President of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
