  "text": "(1) Section 3 of the Credit Unions Act 1979 (use of name “credit union”, etc) shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), there shall be added at the end the words “ or, if the rules of the society state that its registered office is to be in Wales, either those words or the words “undeb credyd” ”.\n(3) In subsection (2), after the words “ “credit union” or” there shall be inserted the words “ undeb credyd or ”.",
