  "heading": "Coming into force",
  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day after the day this Act receives Royal Assent—\n(a) this Part, except section 49;\n(b) section 1(1)(a);\n(c) section 1(4), in so far as it applies to section 1(1)(a).\n(2) Sections 1(5) and 5 and Schedule 1 come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.\n(3) Part 5 and Schedule 2 come into force on 1 August 2027.\n(4) Section 49 and the other provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.\n(5) An order under subsection (4) may—\n(a) appoint different days for different purposes;\n(b) make transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the coming into force of a provision of this Act.",
