Regulation 2 Prescribed forms (gambling)
The form set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations is prescribed as the Welsh and bilingual version of the form set out in Schedule 1 to the Gambling Act 2005 (Family Entertainment Centre Gaming Machines) Regulations 2007f1.
